Head of the Conservation and Wall-Painting Restoration Studio at the Faculty of Conservation and Restoration of Art Monuments at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.

Professor Paweł M. Jakubowski is an author of publications on problems related to conservation and arrangement of interiors of historic interest. Performes large, complex works including conservation, paintings and designing – among others: churches in Brańszczyk, Różan, Komorów near Ostrów Maz., Radzymin near Płońsk, Sieluń, Ostrołęka. In Warsaw: conservation works and arrangement of the front of Władysław Ławrynowicz neo-gothic tenement-house (Al. Ujazdowskie 22); transfer and conservation of post-secession paintings from the vicinity of Warsaw old residence to Museum of Warsaw; restoration of Chinese and Hunting Rooms in The Museum of King Jan III Palace at Wilanów;   conservation, restoration and arrangement of interior paintings of old Jewish prayer house in the Museum of Warsaw Praga at Targowa 50/52 Str.

At present manages the project: Conservation, restoration and reconstruction of wall-paintings by Sebastian Eckstein in the church under the invocation of Saint Cross Raise in Krasne.

Among the achievements has also six individual painting exhibitions as well as a contribution to many collective exhibitions.
